HYUNDAI TRAJET Recall

Premature wear of the hand brake cable

HYUNDAI announced a problem with the TRAJET affecting a total of 5,869 vehicles.

Premature wear of the hand brake cable resulting in hand brake failure.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Likely to be affected vehicles will be recalled and fitted with a hand brake cable of an improved design.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest HYUNDAI dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
