IVECO CARGO TECTOR 60-100 with Pneumatic Suspension Recall

Possible disconnection of the spring parking brake air pipe.

IVECO announced a problem with the CARGO TECTOR 60-100 with Pneumatic Suspension affecting a total of 146 vehicles.

The air pipe connection between the spring brake cylinder on the rear axle and the chassis may not have been fully tightened. This may cause the brakes to "drag" and overheat or lock on whilst the vehicle is in motion. Vehicles built from 02/01/2000 to 02/28/2002 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Check the security of the parking brake air pipe connections and tighten where necessary
