JAGUAR announced a problem with the XJ affecting a total of 7 vehicles.
Brake fluid may leak from either the right hand front or left hand front brake caliper bridge pipe Vehicles built from 12/16/2005 to 10/31/2006 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace the caliper bridge pipe on all four calipers with a revised corrosion resistant pipe

who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
