PEUGEOT announced a problem with the 307 & Expert III affecting a total of 48,938 vehicles.
In rare cases the lighting management system may incorrectly detect the lighting switch ring position, which may cause the lights to cut out. Vehicles built from 10/1/2006 to 3/27/2009 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and download new version of vehicle exterior lighting software

find your nearest PEUGEOT dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
