NISSAN announced a problem with the ALMERA TINO affecting a total of 16,350 vehicles.
The rear side seatbelt outer buckle may be of a material which has been incorrectly treated. The buckle may break in service. The seat belt would no longer offer a restraining facility Vehicles built from 05/01/2000 to 12/31/2002 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace buckle with modified type
