NISSAN announced a problem with the Pixo affecting a total of 646 vehicles.
In some cases, a higher electric current may cause the shift solenoid circuit contact in the stop lamp switch to burn/melt. Additionally, the auto transmission selector may not move from the Park position Vehicles built from 3/2/2009 to 2/11/2010 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and replace stop lamp switch.
