CITROEN C4 & C5 Recall

Possibility of reduced braking performance

CITROEN C4 & C5 recall Feb 2008CITROEN announced a problem with the C4 & C5 affecting a total of 520 vehicles.

It has been identified that, vehicles fitted with 2I HDI engines may have been fitted a vacuum pump which may not be to specification. This could lead to a decrease in braking assistance. Vehicles built from 7/6/2005 to 7/7/2005 are at risk.

Recalled vehicles will have the vacuum pump replaced.
