CITROEN announced a problem with the C4 Picasso affecting a total of 101 vehicles.
It has been identified that on some vehicles fitted with electrically controlled seats, in very rare cases, and under certain impact conditions, the front seatbelt may provide a diminished level of restraint. Vehicles built from 9/5/2006 to 3/31/2007 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. As a preventative measure, subject vehicles will have the front seatbelt buckles replaced.
If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should
find your nearest CITROEN dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
