HYUNDAI announced a problem with the SANTA FE and TRAJET affecting a total of 711 vehicles.
On Diesel engined vehicles, it is possible for the water separator sensor to leak which in turn causes a diesel fuel leak. Vehicles built from 03/24/2003 to 06/17/2003 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and check water separtaor for damage and replace where necessary.
