HYUNDAI SANTA FE and TRAJET Recall

Possible fuel leak

HYUNDAI SANTA FE and TRAJET recall Jan 2004HYUNDAI announced a problem with the SANTA FE and TRAJET affecting a total of 711 vehicles.

On Diesel engined vehicles, it is possible for the water separator sensor to leak which in turn causes a diesel fuel leak. Vehicles built from 03/24/2003 to 06/17/2003 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles and check water separtaor for damage and replace where necessary.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

KMH5C81VP3U480109 to KMH5C81VP3U562374
KMH5C81VP3U480109 to KMH5C81VP3U562374
