MAN A51, A66 AND A76 Recall

Steering may fail

MAN announced a problem with the A51, A66 AND A76 affecting a total of 78 vehicles.

It has been identified that the connection between the steering shaft and the fork on the steering propshaft may work loose. This if ignored it has the potential to cause the steering to fail.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Subject vehicles will have the steering shafts checked, and replaced as necessary.

If you think that your vehicle may be affected by this recall you should find your nearest MAN dealer who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
