Accelerator pedal may fail to return to idle when released
CITROEN announced a problem with the Dispatch affecting a total of 178 vehicles.
It has been identified that on affected vehicles, a non conformity within the accelerator pedal assembly, may cause interference, and prevent the pedal from returning to its original position. This may result in the vehicle maintaining a degree of acceleration which can be overcome by firm braking. Vehicles built from 5/13/2008 to 3/25/2008 are at risk.
Recalled vehicles will have the accelerator pedal changed.
