SUZUKI Grand Vitara Recall

SUZUKI Grand Vitara recall Jan 2006SUZUKI announced a problem with the Grand Vitara affecting a total of 5,884 vehicles.

There is a risk of damage (shorting) between the cable connections and glow plugs due to insufficient torque on the connector securing nuts on the relay end posts. Vehicles built from 09/22/2000 to 02/25/2004 are at risk.

The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall affected vehicles, check the security of the glow plug relay cables and if required, replace the glow plug relay.

Vehicles with the following identification numbers are affected:

JSAFTD82V00100030 to 0
