RENAULT announced a problem with the Master affecting a total of 228 vehicles.
There is a risk that the nearside rear axle spindle may crack, which in the most serious cases will lead to the spindle breaking which, dependent on loading, could make directional control difficult to maintain. Vehicles built from 1/4/2010 to 16/4/2010 are at risk.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to change the rear axle.

find your nearest RENAULT dealer
who will be able to confirm whether or not your car is safe and arrange its free repair if necessary.
