FIAT announced a problem with the DUCATO affecting a total of 186 vehicles.
The handbrake cable may have been incorrectly fitted and could become disconnected from the rear brake mechanism. This would result in the handbrake becoming ineffective.
The following remedial action is necessary to address this problem. Check that the handbrake cable is correctly connected to the rear brake mechanism and fit a new cable where it is not.
